 This year The Urban Advocate is back in the streets to serve the community for Thanksgiving. The Urban Advocate, along with our promotional partners 97.9 The Beat and Majic 94.5, have teamed up with LD Unlimited, Operation Turkey and For Oak Cliff to provide meals for the homeless and less fortunate in the Oak Cliff area.

Over the years, working with Comedian Q's We Got Next Comedy Series, The Urban Advocate has worked with many comedians. Very few have been able to captivate an audience like Mr. Entertainment, D. Elli$. Well now, with a new documentary in the works, he is ready to talk about his journey to becoming one of the Dallas Kings of Comedy.
In these trying times, everybody is looking for something to smile about. As COVID-19 sweeps around the Earth, most people are couped up in the house, going stir crazy watching the news and being reminded at every possible turn that everyone is going to die by the end of the month. Well Ratt Packs of Comedy believe that laughter is the best medicine!
 For many, the Thanksgiving holiday is a time for feasts and family; but many others spend this holiday season hungry and alone. MBK Dallas has partnered with 97.9 The Beat and Majic 94.5 to feed hundreds of homeless and low-income residents in the South Dallas area.
 For the 9th year, MBK Dallas teamed up with Emerald City Bar & Grill, Radio One and Street Speaker Media to feed homeless and low-income residents in the South Dallas area.
