When you're in the entertainment industry, you rarely come across genuine people. In 2011, I was introduced to a local event promoter, host and comedian. Over the years, as we began working together he always remained one of the most humble, giving and supportive brothers on the Dallas entertainment scene. Even after being seen two reality television shows with his future wife, the legendary DJ Spinderella, Q Coleman is still as humble as a brother that I met all those years ago.

This day and age, most people look to celebrity couples to give us something to aspire to. Well, coming to the OWN Network is a new unscripted show called #LoveGoals.
Over the years rap music has gotten a bad...well, rap. The music that has been seen as the voice of the streets has been accused of being misogynistic and sexist toward women. Traditionally, rap music's hard hitting, defiant nature didn't really leave much space for anyone to express love toward the ladies. I mean that's what R&B music was for right?
