 If there is one artist from the DFW who has managed to show consistent growth over the past decade, it's J. Rhodes! As a producer, he has been the man behind tracks featuring some of hip-hop's greats. Lately, he's been serving as the host/judge of the viral webseries, "House of Beats". But just in case anyone out there thought that's all there is to J. Rhodes, class is officially in session this Friday when he drops his new project, Oak Cliff University.
 Award winning Dallas-based producer and recording artists, J. Rhodes, recently dropped a brand new competition reality show for up-and-coming producers entitled "House of Beats".
 If you follow us on Instagram, you may have noticed us campaigning for a new series that's based in our home city of Dallas called, Washed. Well now, the creators of this hilarious show recently announced it's move to Amazon Prime.
For a little over a year now, The Urban Advocate has been working in conjunction with ArcAngel Productions to produce a new short film series entitled, "Devil's Town". We are proud to announce the first installment is now finished and will be released on June 8th!
