As a comedian, Justin Hires has been bringing the laughs on stages all across the country. Now the funny man is stepping in the microphone booth to prove to all his doubters that he ain't no joke!
Even if you're not familiar with the name, Justin Hires, you may be familiar with the face. Hires is the gem who has been hiding in plain sight for well over 10 years now. He's appeared in hit movies like The Gospel, Stomp the Yard and 21 Jump Street. Recently, he's been holding his own as Wilt Bozer on the CBS hit TV series, MacGyver. Now, he's trying to prove there's more to him than just comedy and drama; he's flexing his musical muscle to prove he's a triple threat.
Justin Hires, whose stage name is J. Hires, recently dropped a new single, "Fire Flame". While Hires is not the first comedian to drop music nor is this the first time he's dabbled in the music lane, no other comedian has done it quite like this. Remember Chris Rock "No Sex in the Champagne Room"? Yeah, no this ain't that! Kevin "Chocolate Droppa" Hart dropped a jam with Trey Songz, "Push It On Me", but I don't think anyone actually takes Hart's alter ego serious. And I'm sure everyone has heard Lil Duval's "Smile (Living My Best Life)" at this point. But again, Lil Duval isn't a rapper or a singer so he leans heavily on big name feature artists. Hires, on the other hand, is serious about his music and wants to be taken serious-ly!
